Our Governance Framework
The Agency is governed by the General Assembly, its supreme authority, which is composed of all qualified members. Our operations are managed by an Executive Board elected by the General Assembly for a four-year term to ensure professional management and achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.
Supreme Authority
General Assembly oversees decisions and annual plans.
Executive Oversight
Board of 7-15 members manages administrative affairs.
Advisory Wisdom
Board of Trustees provides strategic advice.
Independent Audit
Mandatory annual audits reported to the HAC.
Financial Accountability & Compliance
We believe in absolute transparency. All funds are deposited in bank accounts and require joint signatures from the Director General (or Executive Director) and the Financial Manager for any disbursement.
